Why do people get married?

there's more to it than just statistics my mom/ dad have been married for over 30yrs/had five kids/what does your statistics have to say about that.people get married because they love each other /are ready to raise a family together.it's godly thing to do /in the bible it say's that when a man findeth a wife he findeth a good thing.and it also says thatif you don't get married you shall burn / perish in hell.
