(Windows Vista) My laptop screens turn different colors any solution?

Ok I'm dual screening my laptop screen and another screen. My screens have done this three times since last night. My laptop screen will either turn white or black. And my other screen turns various of colors , but it's a solid color. I'm guessing it does that since on that screen I'm watching netflix. It just turns those colors and with no cursor or anything on the screen other than just a solid color , Its like it's frozen. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/190/26227917737397898958510.jpg/ I've already tried alt+ctrl+del and it doesn't work. I want to make sure this doesn't happen again even thought as I type I worry it will do this again. Please I need some help on what I should do. Thanks
