Is it inhuman that someone does not feel guilt?

I do not, and when I do, it is not sincere, not in the slightest. I also have a hard time knowing what it is like to truly love people. When I think of love compared to societal influences, I think affection, attachment, altruism etc. And my definition of love is doing what I can do win, being in control, even manipulating if i must, to get what I want etc, not really 'paying attention' to how it MAY affect other people, because what i want is what is just. I know it sounds absurd but i am really questioning, if others feel as I do... and what can be done about it?
