Isn't commercial surrogacy a trade inhuman life?

Every question being asked on here is ironed out with a contract before an egg donor or surrogate mother and intended parents well before any process (medical testing, physiological testing or compensation fees) are even started. Egg donors sign away all custody rights before the egg is retrieved, and most egg donors don't even know the full names of the parents the baby is going to. Every surrogacy is different due to everyone involved, but everyone is always protected.
