How would I make the description below more inhuman looking?

A nine feet tall humanoid male walks in. His heavy, thick body is composed of craggy granite that is plated and very jagged. His segmented horns start at the front of where his hairline would be if he had hair and move over his head, to the back of his skull where they extend outward, curl, and come to a point. His face is inhuman looking. His brow ridges are large and thick. Seven large stone spikes jut from each shoulder. In place of each arm, he has two prehensile granite tentacles that split at the end, into three radial “fingers”” that reach almost down to the ground. His legs are pillar-like structures. The feet are nearly round with four toes.
