Do we go to church on the sabbath day/ saturday or do we rest?

i recently found out that the Sabbath day is on saturday and not sunday, God warned us that someone would change the Sabbath day to another day which is sunday and that was satan. he realized he couldnt kill god's christians so he tempered with the church and made them change the holy day to sunday so we are really worshipping him and not keeping God's law so if we are not keeping God law we wont have his seal but this only applies to people who has knowledge of the real Sabbath day but choose to not obey the law wilfully. we are disobeying God's law but are not conscious of it because through generations we were taught to rest on sunday or go to church sunday but we really are disobeying God but we dont know it or have knowledge of what we are doing. all i want to know is do we go to church on saturday and rest or do we just rest at home? and do no work(no work at all including no chores, homework, employment job, nothing except spending time with family resting wether its playing games, watching tv, or eating.) So do we go to church on saturday then rest or do we stay at home with our family do nothing but resting and dwelling on God? Sabbath day is a day of doing nothing, resting, dwelling on God, doing no daily work, spending time with family.
